Day 34 - P90X3 MMX

Day 34 of P90X3 completed. This was an awesome cardio workout! It consists of MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) moves. I've never done any MMA before but I thought it was fun. My form isn't that great lol, but I burned a lot of calories :). Also just a fyi, there were a lot of burpees in it, which Tony calls sprawls.
